You can reschedule any appointment free of cost up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations requested within 1 hour or after service has begun trigger a dynamic cancellation fee. If your assigned Wishwaa Buddy is more than 60 minutes late, the system auto-cancels the booking and issues a 100% automatic refund.
Caregivers (Wishwaa Buddies) enter metrics such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and sugar levels inside their interface. Buddies must submit updates within 15 minutes of scheduled intervals. Vitals data are client-side encrypted using AES-GCM-256 before syncing, protecting all clinical history records.
All communications between patients, families, and caregivers are double-blinded. Rerouting telephone connections via Exotel / Twilio virtual numbers conceals raw mobile numbers. Communication records are transcribed and stored in encrypted S3 volumes to support quality audits.
If the caregiver's GPS telemetry doesn't report an "Arrived" coordinate state by 15 minutes past the start time, an automated high-priority alert routes to our L1 Support Team. Support will coordinate with the caregiver or assign an immediate standby caregiver. If delays exceed 1 hour, a full automatic refund will be triggered.
